It packs a front-wheel-drive (FWD) e-SKYACTIV® electric motor powered by a 35.5 kWh Lithium-ion battery that generates 143 hp and 200 lb-ft of torque. The 2022 Mazda MX-3- EV returns an EPA-estimated eMPG rating of 98/85/92 eMPG City/Highway/Combined and an impressive 100-mile electric dive range. You also get three different levels of charging based on what charger you choose. The MX-30 EV battery charges entirely in around 13 – 14 hours using Level 1 120V AC charging, in about 2-3 hours with a Level 2 240V AC charger, and approximately 30-40 minutes with a Level 3 DC fast charger.
Mazda MX-30 EV Owners will also be eligible for added benefits, including up to $7,500 Federal Tax Credit, a $500 ChargePoint Charging Credit towards purchasing a ChargePoint® Home Flex charging station or charging at all public ChargePoint stations throughout the US, and an 8-year/100,000-mile Battery Warranty.
