The service staff are all very friendly, I love how thorough my vehicle’s health is communicated, and they never pressure add ons. I feel like the genuinely have me and my vehicle’s best interests at heart

About a month ago I had a really bad experience getting new tires placed on my car at a Mr. Tire. The company didn’t listen to what I was there for, tires only. They did an oil change on my vehicle with out my permission and even originally forgot to put my new tires on. They took my car back in to do my tires only for me to find out after everything was completed that they were not the correct tires and they finally told me the ones I had ordered are not in stock.
